Mass production often requires the use of robot labor. These robots differ from our anthropomorphic ideal, not having our five senses.
This piece presents the dialogue of eight robots that speak but do not hear. A pre-programmed computer chip inside the stainless steel base controls the eight speakers attached to it, which randomly repeat the word "what?, what?, what?..."
